Refund Policy

At SmartCart, we take pride in creating high-quality, customized products made just for you. As each item is personalized according to your request, we follow a strict refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.


1. Custom Products – No Refunds

Since all our products (cups, mugs, T-shirts) are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection of size, color, or design by the customer
  • Any errors in personalization provided by the customer

Please double-check your design, spelling, and order details before placing the order.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue
  • Items must be unused and in original condition

After verification, we will process:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund (at our discretion)

3. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If we send the wrong item or miss part of your order, please reach out immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost to you.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this window, production begins and the order cannot be canceled or refunded.


5. How Refunds Are Processed

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • We’ll notify you via email once your refund has been processed
